American Library Association (ALA) The American Library Association run an annual conference in June.

European Association for Health Libraries and Information International Health Librarianship
European Association of Sinological Librarians (EASL) To encourage communication within the worldwide community of East-Asia librarians and their respective libraries.
Evidence Based Library and Information Practice Conference For evidence based practitioners and researchers to think about what evidence is, how we collect it, and how we use it in these uncertain times.

ARLG (Academic and Research Libraries Group) A Special Interest Group of CILIP, the ARLG run a bi-annual conference in June.
CILIP (Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals) CILIP usually run a conference each year in July which is open to all library and information professionals. Recent topics have included: managing information, everyday innovation and using technology.

CILIPS (Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals in Scotland) CILIPS run a sell-out annual conference each year open to all library and open to all library and information professionals. The 2019 conference theme is "Courage, Laughter and Innovation: A Resilient Profession".
DCDC (Discovering Collections, Discovering Communities) The DCDC conference runs annually in October.

JISC and CNI (Coalition for Networked Information) JISC and the CNI recently ran a conference on Digital Scholarship.
LILAC (Librarians’ Information Literacy Annual Conference) LILAC runs on an annual basis in April. Relevant for those with involvement in information literacy, recent topics have included: creative techniques to engage students, supporting research IL and integrating information literacy.
LISDIS (Library and Information Science Dissertations) LISDIS is a relatively new conference where recent LIS graduates can share the research they completed as part of their dissertations.
MmIT (Multimedia, Information and Technology Group) A Special Interest Group of CILIP, the MmIT Group hold an annual conference. The latest focused on Digital Citizenship.
RLUK (Research Libraries UK) RLUK run a biennial conference in March.
SCONUL (Society of College, National and University Libraries) SCONUL hold an annual summer conference and AGM, aimed at academic library directors.
UKSG (United KIngdom Serials Group) UKSG runs an annual conference in April. Recent topics include subscription agents and discovery and inked integrity.
