ARLG (Academic and Research Libraries Group) A Special Interest Group of CILIP, the ARLG run a bi-annual conference in June.

CILIP (Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals) CILIP usually run a conference each year in July which is open to all library and information professionals. Recent topics have included: managing information, everyday innovation and using technology.
- CILIPS (Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals in Scotland) CILIPS run a sell-out annual conference each year open to all library and open to all library and information professionals. The 2019 conference theme is "Courage, Laughter and Innovation: A Resilient Profession".
- DCDC (Discovering Collections, Discovering Communities) The DCDC conference runs annually in October.
